We have recently started quite a large conversion at Bilsborrow near  Preston 

I remember someone asking about Mf and membranes 

As you can see from the pictures is not rocket science 

membrane covering floor walls covered and plugged drain around the perimeter All taped together 50 mill free standing mf stud to go around the perimeter 400 centres or perhaps i studs 

To be decided Track glued to floor membrane
