Paint Problems Again

So we had some splashes/drips of PVA showing through the mist coat on our plaster. I scraped the surface PVA off, then treated the plaster with Zinsser 123. Now our F&B modern emulsion has been rejected by the primer (see photo) leaving excellent sploges over the wall.

 

In other painting news, our flooring contractor managed to spray floor primer onto the bottom of some of our mist coated walls from his roller (See Pic). Now it becomes apparent that our paint won't cover this either and we have some nice blue dots showing through the paint.

 

One step forwards, and two steps back is wearing thin after 3.5 years of continuous shit snorkling.
