I am doing my best to get our 10 year warranty signed off by Protek, as it stands we can only do that with three exceptions (small flat roof, driveway drainage not deep enough, BCO considers it the pathway and insulation of one steel beam which I don't seem to have the correct photos)- I don't know how much I should throw at this to them taken off. Just wondering how concerned mortgage providers are with the warranty and if we have any exceptions?

Does anyone have any experience of exceptions on their warranty and getting a mortgage? We are not thinking of selling, but 10 years who knows.
