Pergola louvre slats

Im trying to get some louvre slats like the ones in the following links.

 

Hoping to get theze Z shaped slats in the UK. This guy is from Estonia

So just need to find Z slats in cedar preferably

Do you need them to move or can they be fixed?

I need to move them as they will be open for when im cooking and closed when im not

 

I believe both rails linked can be moved. 

 

Might just go with the cheap plastic ones on amazon, or ill ask my joiner if he can route a z profile on some cedar
