Worth upgrading one pipe CH system?

Much as the title suggests. I'm curious on what people's suggestions are on here about whether we should upgrade our CH pipework in our house from a one pipe to a 2 pipe system? We have a 2 year old combi gas boiler running our central heating.  I've had most the floorboards up in this house installing new radiators but just want to get this right before I move on to things like bathrooms etc. thanks.
