Extension and Keep Upper Bay Window

Afternoon All,

 

We're currently looking at moving and found a house in an ideal location, it's just a little small.

So i'm considering whether or not it would be viable to add an extension to the rear.

The kitchen is partly in the existing extension shown on the photo, but we don't plan to knock through that way, just to extend the living area.

Can anyone advise if it would be possible to add an extension and keep the bay window to the bedroom? As it seems a shame to remove such a feature.
