service cost guesstimates.

I am going to have to wait for some time until i can get acurate quotes for services, so i am having a guess.

i already have the following services on site. 3 Phase electricity. Water. gas. Mains drainage. These services will service One of the new houses.

The services are all located in the lane outside, so the maximum distance to the boundary would be about 6 meters. I would do all digging on my land. I'm guessing at the following costs for bringing new services in for the second new house, and i'm guessing at the following prices. Anybody have any idea if i might be in the right ballpark ?

3 phase electric £25k

Water £5k

Gas £1k . I think the cost is still subsidised.

Mains drainage £10k.

 

I do have the option of splitting the foul drainage, within my land. Although i believe i would need Thames Water approval for that.

I believe i might be able to have the 3Phase split. Again within my own land, to provide a single phase to each house. Although, i would have to have that confirmed.
