Clueless and practically cashless in Staffordshire!

Hi, I've previously been a public lurker and have found reading the assistances previously given to others very helpful. However, I now have an issue of a specific nature so my lurking has proven fruitless. I'm the owner of a 1901 traditional double fronted detached house with two 1990s extensions and a conservatory added on by the previous owners. The conservatory is useful but its design is a nightmare so I'll be asking help with that from any patient, knowledgeable people on here because I have no option (money) to get professionals involved at the moment. The design of the roof arrangement is ridiculous and I wish it had been picked up during the house buying survey, but alas it wasn't mentioned. It has led to a quiet leak into a wall over a long period of time that only became visible once the sponge-like wall was saturated. Any help with the correct place to post my conservatory/extension roof conundrum would be appreciated.
