Underfloor heating-cracked tiles

Hi. Buying a house with underfloor heating and there are quite a lot of cracks in the tiles. They are in the living room and kitchen. These rooms are about half an inch higher than the other rooms. Any ideas of these are being caused by the underfloor heating/screed cracking? They are in long straight lines. Im not sure what was installed etc.

How long have they been down for? Any movement in them?
