jugglesm Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Hi, we have two gables ends where the vaulted ceilings are very close to the top corners of the windows (see photos - ignore the temporary paper blinds!). This means we are struggling to see how to achieve a full blackout using a standard curtain track or rail. Blinds would have been a good option but our windows open inwards and the sash is very tight to the reveals. Can anyone suggest a product that would blackout the windows at night but allow full daylight during the day? Thanks in advance for any help
JohnMo Posted June 25 Posted June 25 I would go to your local blind shops. See what they do. My step daughter has blinds which have a slider frame which attaches directly to the window frame. The blind slides in the frame. Zero light comes through with correct blind material. Plus you can open the window without the blind blowing about.
