bungalow floor plan

Hi 

I'm looking for some help for reconfiguring this floorplan of our bungalow. including a wider hallway/entrance area and then the inclusion of stairs up to the loft space where we're hoping to add 1 or 2 bedrooms.

the desire is to have the living/kitchen space at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

 

its currently 3 bedrooms, hoping to add an additional bedroom along the way in the loft but would also like a separate small utility room if possible

any advice / thoughts appreciated
