Roof Tile Lifting.

I purchased another new build three years ago (Tilia Homes) & amongst the many hundreds of snagging issues I had with the monstrosity one of the roof tiles has lifted (please see attached).  Should I get this sorted & as the property is now out of its two-year warranty period is it an NHBC issue?  This issue has recently occurred & I think it is due to heat expansion from the sun, or maybe it's more likely to be a sh*tty fitted tile knowing Tilia Homes contractors!

The main issue will be wind catching it, and wind-driven rain getting behind it, so best to get it sorted tbh.

 

Another mass built atrocity? Sorry to hear you’ve had such problems, but it generates more argument for doing the build yourself (next time ).
