Would i have to submit a prior approval for my wraparound extension?

Hi all,

 

I am planning a single wraparound extension that extends 6m from the original building. There is an existing double-storey extension on the right side of the property, and I would like to confirm whether this would necessitate a Prior Approval application.

Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on whether the 45-degree rule would apply to this extension and if there are any specific considerations I should be aware of.

I would be grateful for any advice or clarification you can provide.

my guess is YES

as its already been extended

got to be worth a conversation with planning before you do anything
