Vent Axia Sentinel Kinetic B - Temperature sensor T2 (extract) faulty

Hello,

 

Has anyone had any problems with Fault Code 16 -

Temperature sensor T2 (extract) faulty

I recently replaced the bearings in my unit last week and the unit has been working great since then. I woke up this morning to this fault code and wondered if anyone has encountered this fault and has any advice for fixing or where to start?

Try their technical support, I have used in the past.

 

This is the part number:-

Temperature Sensor T2 (Supply air from outside)

 

I cannot find a any service manuals.

Thanks Blooda. According to Vent Axia you have to just replace the part and apparently they’ve updated the part number to 497814 - Sensor Leads and Patch Cable Kit. 
 

Still unsure whether or not me changing the bearings last week had any affect on this or whether it’s just a coincidence.
