Intermittent thud

Morning all, I have an issue with my unvented system boiler I’m hoping one of you could give me a heads up on what it could be,

When the washing machine is in on I can hear the hot water tank make a thud noise every so often, it also sometimes happens when I turn on the taps, definitely coming from the hot water tank

A PRV may help depending on your current water pressure. A shock arrestor will help also on the fees whats causing the problem.

Listening to you recording,  It sounds like there is a pipe what hasn't been clipped back properly somewhere
