Hi,

I’ve got an extract fan fault (Solid Green and flashing red light on the display panel) on the above unit (not in warranty) and I’m looking for a quote for repair. I’m based near Portsmouth. Does anyone offer this service or can recommend someone to do the job please! Unit has been like this for a few months now as I’ve really struggled trying to find someone to do the repair. Have also been told that some parts for the above unit might also be obsolete? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I would ring the manufacturer ask them if the parts are available and help diagnose the issue.

 

Generally the units are pretty easy to repair.
