My self-build project

Hi, just starting a very small self-build bungalow for my son & granddaughter on a tight site riddled with drains! Waiting for structural calcs to give screw piles the go-ahead, got my build-over licence, getting building regs package together (aargh). Site scrape done (swapped for some drawings) & almost ready to start in earnest. Wish me luck....
