Renovating 1912 terrace - hello!

Hi all,

 

Been trying for years to renovate a 1912 terrace house and got badly stalled for all sorts of reasons - cowboy builders, unresponsive builders, covid, pressure of work, etc. etc.

 

We're trying to reboot things and I need to build more confidence, so joined in the hope of advice and support, and maybe feeling a bit less on my own with it.

 

I've a few questions already so I'll post them up in the relevant forums.
