Marko Posted October 10, 2024 Posted October 10, 2024 I've gone through the BPCV instructions, and I can't find anything that specifically says whether the 75mm ducting needs insulation in a cold loft. I'm assuming it doesn't as long as you can place the ducts under the loft insulation. Can anyone confirm this? TIA

gregcope Posted April 1 Posted April 1 Mine is all under 470-500mm of loft insulation. Logic being it should be near to room/house internal envelope temperature.
arbennett Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Ours is under the insulation but we do notice on very cold days some loss of temperature. It’s a degree or two.
