An app or website, so I can play with my plans

Hiya

I have my plans that have ben sent to planning which is hours from being passed.

I have heard of apps/websites that you can upload your plans as pdfs and add/adapt them, like adding electrical runs, sockets, lights and switches, chug pipe runs, bathroom or kitchen layouts etc. does anyone have any recommendations.

For electrical layout, lights, circuits, switches, sockets etc I just used Powerpoint.
