cleaning bricks off of an old houes

Hi

Hear is a photo of a house that I want to clean the bricks up on (its the property on the right hand side with the broken windows; not the left hand side)

Is if possible to make them the best looking bricks on the street? and Is it worth it? for as little money and time being that is

Hmm, its the pointing that needs attention as much as anything else.

 

Get it nicely pointed then it would probably look OK anyway.

Have you already raked out the mortar beds? If not perhaps your predecessor has? Either way make sure they are deep enough before starting repointing.
