Nic
Hi I’m at building regs stage of a small timber frame , passive based house in Devon. Draft drawing just arrived today. I think I would like the outside to be at internal FF level based on what has already been drawn , any ideas on best option based on drawing attached
JohnMo
Add another 60mm to the floor insulation. Make it 200mm.

No, what I’d like to achieve is no step down from walking from inside to the patio outside 😁

A 100mm block on its side under the 140mm, would lift the whole house 100mm. Increase insulation depth and make it a thick screed? Plenty of different ways to do it, just think it through.
