Hi, we are looking to to start our new build in the north of Scotland. This will be our first build.

Good for you, do you have planning and warrant yet? where abouts in the North?

Yes, plans and building warrant approved. We are looking for advice on how to progress hence joint the forum. 
We are north of Inverness.
