Name of driveway paving stones please

Hi everyone, does any one know the name of the black/charcoal paving blocks used below - It is hard to see but if you zoom in they glisten/sparkle as if they have something like white crystals in them. I really like them and want to use them in my garden.

Faced with a similar problem, I just knocked on the door and asked the owner.
