running soil and waste pipe in new extension

hey everybody, we are building a side extension on our bungalow, we have ensuite and a separate bathroom, both toilets line up with each other on the plans, can we run the soil pipe under the suspended floor to start from one toilet then pick up the other and run it under our dining room and lounge in a straight line and come out the side wall into a chamber and away, i wasn't sure if you can run soil pipe like this has one of the things ive had little to do with in the past. any advice or help gratefully appreciated.

as long as it has the minimum fall of 13mm per M, has no big (more than 30 degree) bends so it can be rodded. Crack on.
