Anyone currently having issues with combined warranty/building control through BuildZone?

Sorry for the cryptic post. I don't want to share too much publicly if it's not correct, but I appear to be running into a major issue with surveyors on our combined warranty/building control through BuildZone.

 

Is anyone else in the same boat? You'll know what I mean if you are.

using buildzone for warranty only and no issues. Local authority for building control as they spend a maximum of 60 seconds on site.

I think it’s public knowledge that the private BC Buildzone were using have gone t*ts up.
