Garden gradiant

Hi all I'm buying a new build property which is still under construction. Ivv asked of the back garden is flat and they said there is gradient on the property as stated in the plan. Can anyone read the plans and tell me if the garden will have a big slop? I'm buying plot number 27, the arrow indication thengarden will slop to the house.

The  slope will be just under 1 m from the fence to the left of your house. To the side, (the gable) there is a fairly steep slope  just over a meter deep. In other words, a common or garden ditch.
