Detached 1930s renovation

Hi all from the (currently) sunny south coast.

 

We're embarking on a huge renovation, stripping a detached 1930s house back to the bones then extending and rebuilding it with better (working!) electrics, plumbing, heating, windows, doors etc. Very scary and exciting!

Welcome @Mash! You are sensible doing it all at once (and I assume moving out while the work's ongoing?). We're doing a smaller renovation of an extended 1920s house while living and working in it, which has slowed progress a lot.
