Building control application

If on a bc application ingot I'm doing a side extension and garage conversion. The bc officer has been inspecting the extension.  But now I changed my mind about doing the garage conversion just yet, do I need to submit a new application to reflect the change?

No, just tell them you will not be proceeding with that element. They should be able to change the description of work so once the extension has been completed, you will receive a Completion Certificate.

 

You will not be able to reclaim any additional fees paid in relation to the garage conversion.
