letsbuild2 Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 Hi , I am building garden room 5mtrs wide x 4.8 mtrs in my garden , concrete blocks, i am building within 1mtr from boundary on 2 sides , intact 500mm gap between garden room and fence , building is concrete so non combustible is this allowed under permitted building regulations please , thanks , anything else I should consider.
