Thanks Mike.. stumbled on the site yesterday..looks good.Got lapsed outline side of my existing house ..a major refurbished years ago as five young children.Grown up now with grandkids and left the nest so downsizing to hopefully new bungalow...will post progress and hope can help others with flat roofing issues..cheers Vin
