rich1899
Hi All, Can anyone please advise me. I want to take down my existing corrugated steel garage that I believe was put up in the 1960's and over the years the garage has "swollen" slightly with repairs and additional bits added on. The structure as it stands now has been in place for around +20 years, and what I would like to know is : Do I require planning permission to take down my existing structure and rebuild it using modern materials i.e. breeze blocks and corrugated roofing construction, and also adding two areas (B1 & B2) on to the foot print of the build. I have included a plan elevation of what I would like to achieve, All help and advice greatly appreciated Many thanks
