Correct temp of buffer tank

It says 0.3.

Also, the buffer tank is still low temp.  It did go up about two degrees but no more... 😞

Just ufh in the house, no rads? If so, re-plumb. Buffer in the skip, flow and return straight to the manifolds, remove the actuator heads.
