AlexG Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 Hi, We had our air source heat pump installed by sugplumb 2 years ago and had no end of trouble with them. My heat pump will be due its annual service early December, but finding a company willing to service a heat pump they haven't installed has proven difficult. Has anyone used a company for service only that they could recommend? Thanks in advance.

We had a Genvex Combi with an EASHP and when we had a problem with it we used Isoenergy who were excellent.
