Service Menu Bosch HPC 410

Hello all, 

I hope someone can help me. We've recently had a Worcester Bosch 7001i ASHP installed, with an HPC 410 user interface. 

I'd like to access the service Menu to check the settings for the heating curve and DHW. However, I don't seem to be able to bring up the service menu by following the instructions in the installation manual (press and hold both the selector knob and menu button for about 3 seconds). 

Has anyone any ideas? Do I have to hold my face a certain way for it to work 😄? Thanks in advance.

Do you need to log in to get access to the installer menu? Mine, not Bosch, you need to enter the installer log in code, before any installer designated menu's come up.

Just in case anyone looks at this in the future - I did find out!

Just press the menu button BY ITSELF for about 3 seconds - this loads the service menu. The manual is wrong!
