Being of German extraction, I know that they identify craftspeople by category: so for example you have [directly translated] 'Trained Chimney Sweep' or 'Trained Table Maker' . There, crafts people are highly regarded. But for all that 'attention to detail' there is a tendency to inflexibility. Some you win, some you lose. What would you say your craft is?
