Dazz Posted July 30, 2023 Posted July 30, 2023 (edited) Hi I'm after some advice. Part1). I've recently removed bits of slate and debris from around the sides of my house and noticed a few bricks had spalled. The gap is only 6cms from driveway to house, so not sure what to put down ? I'd like the water to go to drain instead of going down the gap next to the house . Edited July 30, 2023 by Dazz
Dazz Posted July 30, 2023 Author Posted July 30, 2023 (edited) Part 2) Another section where the water has damaged brickwork, this area has slightly worse spalling, 6 bricks badly damaged. This soakaway doesn't lead to a drain . Edited July 30, 2023 by Dazz
Mr Punter Posted July 30, 2023 Posted July 30, 2023 This looks like water running off the paving into the channel. Can you cut a wider channel and fit an ACO type channel drain?
Dazz Posted August 2, 2023 Author Posted August 2, 2023 Might have to. But the gas pipe would be in the way?. Thinking I might fill with concrete and angle it towards drive and just leave a slight gap to the house . But may have slight pooling
