Tony K Posted July 28, 2023 Share Posted July 28, 2023 Hi all I have a self build mortgage, released to me in stages. I have two more draw downs left. The house is watertight, first fix services are in, and I am moving on to plastering soon. It would be useful if I could ditch my SBM and look around for a normal mortgage at a better rate.
