Therma V wall mount controller

A friend is looking at an ex-demo 5kW Therma-V and Albion cylinder that's a stonking good deal... However, it doesn't come with the wall controller.

 

Does anyone know the part number and availability of this required item? Google hasn't been particularly helpful.

It looks like they use the same controllers with different firmware for AC vs HP. Obviously for AC they are easy to find due to the market size.
