Vent axia heat recovery fault

Hi everyone

Im having problems with my vent axia sentinel kinetic b. It was showing up fault code 32 for control panel fault and none of the buttons would work, so i plugged out the unit for awhile. Now its showing normal airflow 255% and i cant change the airflow from both the wired controller and the control panel on the unit itself. The arrow buttons and boost button work. It also cuts out every now and again and starts back up itself.

Any help would be appreciated.

disconnect the wired controller at the local end, and see if the unit then works.

Ive disconnected the wired controller and its made no difference.

next would be to check the connections between the mainboard and the internal display, I'd guess. Power off first!

 

and if you can isolate the internal and reconnect the remote one, that'd be next (sorry it's a while since I've had ours apart and don't recall how the front display and mainboard connect)
