As we wait for our planning content to come through via Flemings we exploring finishes on the external walls thinking of mixing cladding possibly fibre cement or a new cladding board and batting from Millboard. The Millboard is super light weight stuff considering it's 20 to 25mm thick comes in at £130 including vat per sqm 😱. Drawing of build below
