Hello, new to the site but already found loads of useful tips. I’m at the very early stages of looking at self-building in Lancashire, leaning towards a turnkey house like Dan Wood to make things a little more self forward as it will be our first build. Any tips gratefully received, particularly on finding a good plot!

we bought two and a 2.5 acre field
