recoveringbuilder Posted February 19, 2023 Share Posted February 19, 2023 Does anyone have any knowledge of this app. We had our security cameras installed in March 2020 , they’re not connected via an hdmi cable to anything and we just viewed them from this app, there’s been a few issues for a while with “connection failed” which I could usually sort out by cutting the power to the box then switching back on however the last few days it’s been saying incorrect username or password, I’ve never had a username or password! It’s driving me crazy! I did think about uninstalling the app and installing again but it needs a qr code which I don’t know how to access, the box is in the loft so being here alone I can’t get access to it, any idea? If you’re accessing it via an app then you will have created an account so you will have a name and password.
