Renovation UVC Plumbing Plan

Hello

long time lurker finally doing our own self managed extension and renovation.

having scoured through the threads here I’d like clarification or suggestions on the best compromise to serve our additional rooms from our current UVC. I’ve drawn the current layout and attached general arrangements.

  • focus is for multiple outlet max flow and pressure
  • fast hot water to distant locations
  • minimal drop during washing machine/dishwasher use

history:

  • incoming main is high pressure c6-7 bar static c5 bar dynamic, I have a 22mm prv on this as felt it was excessive.
  • UVC is 3.5bar outlet. Tank will not be moved (I appreciate location is not ideal)
  • no tmv on UVC outlet (but info on here would suggest worthwhile as long as it doesn’t limit flow/pressure)
  • dishwasher and washing machine cause hammer and significant pressure/flow drop when they are feeding. I fitted the washing machine with a local prv to stop this, never got round to doing the dishwasher and a hammer arrester didn’t stop it. I dislike that applicances just open and close so abruptly!

Should I run a manifold system from the loft to new outlets - if so how to secondary return?

Should I run to local manifolds to serve en-suite + shower room? If so manifolds would likely be concealed and not accessible (sounds like a bad idea).

thank you in advance for your comments and help.

if more specific info is required please let me know.
