janette
In the new kitchen in the extension, the hob and extractor over it are adjacent to a chimney breast. None of the trades on-site are sure how to vent the extractor. The ceiling is curved with exposed beams. We’re trying to find out if we can vent into the chimney or need to go up into the loft and out through the eaves. We need a specialist rather than a generalist. How would I go about finding such a person please?
PeterW
Can it not recirculate ..? Usually go straight through the wall behind the extractor if you want external - is that not an option ..? Make and model would help along with a photo or a plan
