Shower tray dent

After using a offset shower tray stone for around 2 months a dent has appeared and now the water stays there.... Any ideas why

I think these type of trays have ABS capping so the most obvious reason is a void in the underlying stone casting. Can you feel any flex in the surface?

Now you say that... It does feel like a flex.... Do you know if that's down to a manufacturing fault... 🤔
