This site has popped up a number of times and I've finally joined to bend some ears on things for our EnerPHit project here.

Hopefully so, it needs all the TLC I can throw at it as it last had some love in the 1950's and it started life in the 1700's.

 

Three bedroom semi-detached that is long past needing a complete refresh. Single glazed at the back, 'double' glazed at the front using non thermally broken aluminium, so we also have waterfalls at this time of year through condensation!
