Mahak
Hi, I have recently joined and this is my first post. The original house has an extension to the front of the property. The property is in greenbelt, hence can only build using permitted development. Can I build on the front as part of side extension to original for half the width? Such that is changes the existing main door and brings it forward to the same line as part of the original building. Below is my original building plan with extension at the rear. Marvin
Hi and welcome @Mahak There are lots of rules about permitted development including: the limit of floor area of the building in relationship to the site. the 'original' size of the house when first built. The location of the building in relation to public highways I will try to find the link to the full details. Marvin
