drawings needed for buliding regs

We are going through the process of doing an extension and we have managed to get planning permission (we are a listed property so that felt like a big hurdle), we are now in the process of getting pre-commencement conditions signed off and are getting organised with a company to do our building regs and SAP calculations  ... what drawings will they need to use / will we need to get done for them?  Just asking ahead of time so we have a background idea of this process.  For the full planning application we had the scaled drawings and elevations from the architect but they don't look like they'd have enough information on them.   What else can we expect from this stage? Many thanks for any advice about this bit.

Normally the Planning drawings are used as a basis to create the more detailed Building Reg drawings which the builder will follow and means if you use the same architect to produce them there is a saving on the total fee.

This is a good website in link below for showing the kind of Building Reg drawing details and notes that are needed for various kinds of extension:-
