Another Kingspan/Carrier Issue.....Error 11???

Hi All,

 

Powered up the ASHP this week in anticipation of the winter months. I'm operating it for heating only and to a single set point of 38 Deg, operating off dry contacts.

 

However, I'm getting a fault 11, which is that the OAT is higher than the stop heating set point.The the unit doesn't have the thermistor installed so it is taking the OAT of the TO sensor and that is reading 14Deg C and the stop heating set point is set to 30Deg.

 

I'm at a loss as to why it might be calling this code out......is the HP done for.
